We hope to create options of affordable care through working with all clients to establish a plan, referral or recommendation that prioritizes the individual client/family needs. This includes using best practice/evidenced-based interventions and are both financially and functionally within reason. Review of options and the recommended care plan to carefully select what is the next best path forward. At times this may be a referral for additional or specified care. Currently, Neuro Coherent Family Therapy accepts some insurance plans, self pay and sliding fee options.

Each insurance plan has a set contract rate and specific plans and coverage vary. Covered insurances depend on your plan and our contract either in or out of network benefits. Currently we accept clients who carry plans with Health Partners, BCBS and Cigna. What you are responsible paying for, the out of pocket cost is based on your coverage related to co-pays or your plans deductible. If you have a co-pay, your card on file will run after each session for this co-pay amount.

$100/hour individual appointments or split between 2 participants.
$45/group supervision rates for participants up to 6/per group.
Includes above pricing with a reduced percentage based on need. Need determined on individual, case by case basis for sliding fee or fee for service rates.

We STRONGLY encourage you to call your insurance plan before you start services. Ask them what your behavioral health coverage is. When you don’t know your out of pocket costs, it could add financial stress that could impact the therapeutic progress.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified your provider at least 24 hours in advance for your need to reschedule; you will be required to pay a $75.00 fee at the time of the missed appointment. Canceling (after 24 hrs) or not showing up (within 10-15 mins) of your scheduled appt. will result in this additional
out-of-pocket fee.
