Krista is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota, dedicated to working with individuals, children, and families since 2001. She believes in early intervention and a holistic approach to support clients in achieving overall mental well-being.
Krista is a nationally registered trauma specialist for children with the evidenced-based intervention, Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Additionally as a provider of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), she focuses on behavioral support for parents at several developmental stages in parenting. Interventions and her expertise support children ages 2.5 to 7 years old. And she incorporates strategies for older child ages 8-11 years old.
Krista believes everyone should have a safe, supportive, healing place to work through life's difficulties at any stage. She tries to help bring families and couples closer together through a relationally based therapeutic approach.
